What do you want it for? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?

Have you looked in your emails from EE? The 1 entitled "Thanks for choosing EE"?

I cannot find out my broadband account number.  I have never received an email that shows my account number.

Same here.   When I went onto fibre I stopped being able to access my bills.   When I try to register the broadband it states my details don't match their records.   It doesn't say what is wrong.   I've rung EE several times but they don't seem to be able to sort it.

Hi @Ray-Carol

When you call Customer Service they should be able to give you your account number, as well as check all the details (name, address DOB etc) match exactly, and update records if needed.

However, if this is not being accepted when trying to set up your online account, they will be able to raise a request to reset your online access so you can re-register.
