Why would the equipment for my internet at my property be linked to another account even after raising concerns account previously?
I did indeed have an open reach engineer visit so i would imagine any equipment should be linked to myself and home property address to which the equipment is situated?
I find another account linked to my equipment a concern as i would be unsure to any other accounts apart from the BT account from which i migrated over to EE from.
Please advise (i have sent a complaint over to the relevant team at EE in the mean time

I have noticed a direct debit dating back some time showing T-MOBILE/ EE.
Not 100% sure as it rolls over from T-Mobike and i always remember being with 3.
Anyhow, prehaps this is a conflict as they mentioned did i have other EE accounts and i wouldn't have thought to mention this until checking over things.

@Mh12345699 If it is an old inactive direct debit it will be related to an old closed account rather than an active one so should not cause any issues, if it is an active one along side your direct debit for your broadband then it would suggest a second active account. I would suggest you mention it to our executive team when you next speak to them for them to check out.
