Account and landline not recognised

Trying to add my broadband to my account/app however when trying to do this it asks for my billing account OR landline  neither are recognised how can I set do this please?

Hi there,

When did your account and Broadband go live? I would suggest waiting 24 hours after it's gone live and try again. If its still not working, try calling customer services on 150.

Do you actually subscribe to Digital Voice because if you only have Broadband only it never will accept the landline number even if it might show one. 

Thank you for your reply. It went live 15th May, my landline was the same.
