Account access and contract price not able to be confirmed

Hello.

Please can this be looked at. I have just moved to EE from BT and been told that they can't move my login details from BT to EE be moved. I haven't had an email yet with a breakdown of my services and costs.

They also stated they can't use another email address I have.

I am close to cancelling completely as I am within 14 Days. With issues that shouldn't be there.

 

I have had to create a complaint as it sounds I was forced to move as a phone wasn't able to be replaced unless I moved to EE.

 

I was told it wouldn't cost any extra but it will. This is because of the wording used but also confirmation but not with full correct details

@Aaronhoc , you will have to speak to customer service about this, we have no account access here and no idea who you are.

As this is account related you will have to speak with them, to get this sorted.

I have tried that avenue but they keep fobbing me off. I thought someone may DM me and they may be more helpful.
