My contract expires on the 10 Oct, I am not renewing as I am switching to BT who have offered a better deal and who have told me they will tell you when they are taking over my lines.

I got a TXT off them today (19th Sept) to say I am now using their service. So I take it I will not get a full month's bill off EE next month when my contract expires on the 10th and I have already stopped using your service?

I hope they used a PAC from EE or your EE contract won't be auto cancelled.

All the same, they've transferred it a bit early, before your minimum term is up. So if your billing date is in between you'll probably get a full bill next followed by a final bill after 10 Oct. with a refund for time not served.

Now here is another question. I got a txt from BT to say I am now using
there service. Funny but I had nor plugged their equipment in, or changed
passwords but everything still worked.

I have just plugged my equipment in and changed router and passwords, yes
my BT account is running.

I only have one phone line? How could I access both BT and EE services?

I have just sent a message to EE, I bet I get a reply saying I'm still
using there service.

After all it is the same company.

Alex.

@Alex_McNeil : Oh, you are talking about Home Broadband! So ignore what I said about PACs.

Yes, your EE router could still work on BT BB even without changing the BB creds.

You should still have only 1 landline which should now be with BT as they say you are now using their service, unless they installed another for you.
