Why do I need a engineer to install my new wifi when I already have had wifi from EE and still have everything from last time.

@Philh3 EE does not sell Wi-Fi, but you can get a few different Broadband packages, which come with a router that has Wi-Fi.
If you tell us what you have now and what package you are moving to, we could work out what the engineer is for.
