As part of the offer of up to £300 switch to ee, I've been able to receive early charges for broadband. But now trying for costs of tv package costs from sky, I'm being told its only for broadband switch , is this true ?

@segsbury33 Did you do the Broadband and TV from Sky to Broadband and TV from EE at the same time and o complete package swap, if not then it will be a broadband only deal! Even though sky insist on a 1 Month cancellation it has to be a one stop shop!

@segsbury33 Well the table above show's what, so unless EE have changed then you either stand and fight your corner, or cancel the EE TV package and stay with Sky!

Yes, I did….have contacted the shop & now they are telling me doesn’t cover tv. Now logging a formal complaint for miss selling. Am now waiting for shop to reply back to me!

@segsbury33 Buying from the shop is WAY different than buying as an online package, YOUR issue is with the shop and the sales team, they will have a EE/BT Manager for the store and a Area manager that is the route you need to go now!

Hi did you resolve this problem? I am experiencing similar issues trying to get the money back from EE.
