New hubs delivered to new address current broad cut off cannot get the new hubs to work 2 calls with tech and advisors - had 3rd text to say working now still nothing how do you get an engineer out ?

What hubs are they? Why 3? Do you mean 1 router + 2 EE TV boxes?
