@KaboomBrucey  preorders are live since the Google event. EE said they will start shipping from 22. At least this is for XL Pro. 

There's nothing happening with the tracking in case it helps

I spoke to an advisor today because my tracking hasn't changed at all. They said there's a delay on stock and not to expect it for another 28 days. So I'm pretty gutted considering I was expecting it this weekend

Why is EE not adding free google pixel watch 2 like others when you order google pixel 9pro fold?

I pre-ordered the Pixel 9 Pro, and it states that order has been dispatched on the tracking page but with no further info as to when it was dispatched, etc.  I've also received an SMS from EE stating that there is a new document for my device agreement, but I have no way of finding that document as my plan hasn't been updated.

I'm not sure what is going on as I haven't experienced this from EE previously when placing pre-orders...

Thanks for your message.

I'm pleased your phone has been dispatched but I'm sorry there's not more info on the tracking page. The next step would be a text message from DPD to confirm ta delivery date and time. You would usually receive this within a couple of days after dispatch. If for any reason you don't hear from DPD, please contact our customer care team on 150.

Once your plan updates, your device agreement will be available to view on your online account.

As a Pixel owner, I love Pixel, but not EE's support of Android. How about EE making products work great for platforms other than Apple? I'm thinking specifically of Visual Voicemail. Somehow EE manage to support that for Apple, but not Android...O2 is much better in this regard.

@Vic76@dutch5483  We can't blame EE blindly it's all about Google part, even if you try to order pixel 9 pro on official google store website it showed sep 9 on the release date, but if you order now it shows 28th of sep to oct 3rd. So we have to wait till EE get the stock !!!
