EE today launched its new TV service, EE TV, available with EE Broadband.

EE TV means amazing entertainment and sport, with Sky channels from NOW, Netflix, TNT Sports and more – through flexible packages that can be changed month to month, so customers only have to pay for what they want to watch.

The biggest news? EE TV will launch on Apple TV 4K via a new app with a bespoke TV guide for a complete and seamless live TV experience, as well as an EE branded remote offering instant app access. Customers can now choose the best TV experience for them, with a range of set top boxes including Apple TV 4K, EE TV Box Pro, or EE TV Box Mini.

For customers wanting to watch in multiple rooms, only EE TV comes with up to 2 extra EE TV Box Mini’s at no extra cost.

Those joining the new EE TV service will be able to enjoy six months free Apple TV+. Apple TV+ offers award-winning Apple original series and films, from hit dramas to star-studded comedies, ground-breaking documentaries to kids’ favourites, with new premieres added every month.

I was changed from BT copper broadband to an EE 4G hub on the suggestion of BT/EE. After many days of trying and being on hold I was told that because of IPV6 Dynamic IP addressing the EE 4G hub is not compatible with the EE Television Box. I was advised to go to Virgin. EE have not responded to five complaints so can EE really claim their TV service is any good?

Don't get it, its not worth it.

Firstly the price you agree isnt what they charge, agreed total package at £93 after the price rise kicks in, so first month £87. Get bill now and its £104. Cannot get through to customer support.

Last time i did they hadnt put netflix on, took over 1.5 hours to get it sorted, yes its included in your pack, no it isnt, yes it is and the price is what you where told. Reckon it wasnt and they just bolted on the cost hoping i wouldnt notice.

Secondly the box itself. Well Sky Q knocks it out the park. Only reason to get this box is if you cannot get a dish.

Can only record 2 channels, no You Tube on the Apps, surely that would be mentioned when signing up. Cannot fast forward adverts when you record from ITV.

I switched for price and they are charging more for an inferior product.

If i can cancel and go back to Sky as a miss sell i will. Though i have to get to speak to someone first!
