I think this is a common problem... Recently signed up to a plan with all the smart benefits. Arcade and TV work fine, apple music..... Less so....
Getting the message that a few are getting - this subscription is already registed against an apple id. Not sure how that is possible as it's a brand new ID set up on the phone...
Has anyone had any luck getting it to work? Is it something to do with EE having an apple id already registered? I've got three days to get it sorted before I cancel the whole lot...
