I recently upgraded and got Apple Music as an add on. I already had Apple Music that I paid for. I cancelled my subscription (gave it 24hrs) and then clicked the link that was sent to me by EE but it just takes me to a blank screen. When I go into my subscription through Apple Music it doesn’t give me the option to add EE. My Apple Music is due to end on the 5th of May and I would rather get the full benefit from my new contract than pay £9.99 a month for it.
