If the tracker doesnt give you the information you require ring freephone 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order.

I've got an add on my account had the order email then the prossessed email..but i have never had a xko number. Do i need one and how do i get it cheers

Don't worry if you don't have an XKO number for your order. You'll receive a text message with tracking details from DPD when your order is dispatched.
