i placed an order over 2 weeks ago and initally, they sent me a confirmation email to say they'd recieved it. i then got an email to say i need to contact someone at EE on the number provided and when i did, they said it was out of stock, even though it hadnt said that previously when i ordered it. he did say that it'd get sent as soon as it was back in stock. but i'm still waiting for some kind of confirmation on this.
the order tracker doesnt give me any info and just says it cant track my order right now.
who should i contact for information?

@aidenhaggar91 Just call customer services again. If it’s a upgrade just select upgrade.
