will ee shops once open help me set up my upgrade phone ? moving from 11 to 12

Hi @Debjk 

 

Yes they will gelp, but it's really simple with the iPhone, just backup (you are probably already doing this) enter your Apple username and password from your 11 into your 12 and the information will transfer over.
