Placed an order last night, 17th November,
Placed an order for broadband as well, the guy said the phone would be with me today, 18th, I have not had an email to confirm my upgrade although I did get an email confirming my broadband, paid alot of money to get the phone today, what is the normal procedure for delivery's?

I ordered the gold one 256 memory, I was promised it would be here today as they had it in stock, he also said the guy in the warehouse had it in his hand ready to send it when I confirmed and paid for the upgrade

Yeah , I was promised it would come Thursday , but it never , however it came yesterday so all good
