I placed an order on the 18/09/2021 for an early upgrade the payment has been taken and i have received an email saying you have received my order and its being processed but i have heard nothing since when i enter the order number into your tracking it says it cannot be tracked

This model is showing as 'Available to order, usually despatched within 7 days'
Once your order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with tracking information for your delivery 🙂
