Placed upgrade order Monday. Received XKN number in email stating your order is on its way but haven't received any communication since. The order was for Google Pixel 3A which was showing in stock. How long should this process take? many thanks in advance. Jake

Do you have a ten to 12-character order reference number in your confirmation email?

 

If so, can you track your order online, what does this show?

 

If not, give our Mobile Care team a call on 150 they will be able to get your order checked 🙂
