forgotten password, no access on screen to re-set. how do I get in?

@disklock   You can’t you will have to factory reset your device and unless you have a backup of it everything on it will be lost.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
