Please can a member of the team contact me and answer my questions?
i have 1 phone out of 4 ready to upgrade but want to know can i go to an annual upgrade to bring all phonesvin line on contract for October?
i want to purchase Google 4a but you only offer 1gb data when all other phones get 10or 15gb for same money? Why?
if we order a Google phone and decide we want to change is it possible within 14 days of delivery?
why are you asking your community to be customer service?
Any answers to the above.

Same here. it's been two hours and no response online or anywhere. i have a few questions about upgrading 1 out of 4 phones to a Google phone but EE aren't offering good value? Thinking of switching to Vodafone, but cant get any answers from EE is anyone out there online who works for EE? Always online? i don't think so!!!

I am getting the same. They'll be straight on the phone when i cancel my direct debit though! Funny that. First time i've come across a comms company who doesnt want to communicate!
this all started when EE ceased trading through CW
i never had problem getting contract sorted before

If you order a phone on contract with us through the online shop or over the phone, you have 14 days to change your mind and return it.
It may be worth taking a look at the plans that offer Upgrade Anytime. It looks like that could help you upgrade your phones at the same time in future.
There should be more than one option for price plans. Have you tried speaking to our upgrades team through online chat? You can find a link to chat to them on our get in touch help page.
