hi! im a new user here and i want to do top up. after i select the amount and enter my card details, i received an otp from my bank. but the problem is i got stuck on that part. it does not proceed to confirmation and i havnt seen any option where to enter my otp to proceed to the transaction. ive been looking in youtube on how to do top up but theres non. can u help pls?

Are you trying to top-up using your My EE Account?

 

You can find all available top-up options on our top-up help page.

 

Let us know if you manage to use another option.
