Morning all,
I have been having issue's with my EE Signal, EE have sent me out a new sim card today but what they have done before my sim has arrived has dis-connected my old sim.
I need my phone due to personal reasons and now I cannot make or receive calls or texts.
Is their anyway of getting my sim to work please as I can't wait 3-5 days for a new sim to arrive with no phone,

I am very sorry to hear this has happened when the replacement SIM card has been ordered.
If you get in touch with our Mobile Care team they will check your account for you and let you know if they can fix this before the new SIM card arrives 🙂
If you have a local EE Store nearby, you can make an appointment with the store, you will need take photo ID to get a replacement SIM card.

Morning,
Technical team have tried all they can to resolve this and what ever they suggest to do hasn't worked.
My phone has the feature to enable wi-fi calling that doesn't seem to work either,
So as I am unable to get to the store I am now without a phone until the sim replacement comes.
