registering a sim not being used in a phone

Hi

I have a sim card being used in an intercom system. How can I register this card/number and top it up as it cannot receive text messages or phone calls?

@GH17  You can use THIS  to top up but to setup the account you’ll need to put the sim I’m in a phone. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
