phone order

i placed an order for a new phone on 19th august, it said it was for next day delivery and i still haven't received my order, can you please tell me when my order will arrive.  thank you.

@Manners1968   Did you receive a confirmation and order number This starts with a XKO or XKN ?   Have you received a tracking number ?  Have you tried calling customer services about this ?
