Hi. My mobile has conked out, won't switch on and needs replacing ASAP. However, with stores closed due to Covid and no other phone available to contact EE, am unsure what to do. I live alone too. Any advice from EE staff would be much appreciated. Stay safe, Stephen. 🙂
