ee will not accept my pac number any  clues what to do? phone not working and unwilling to pay 25p a minute phone calls on land line

@jsimmonds1 : If you're on PAYG, calls to CS are 25p per call, not per min. If you are on contract, they are free.

 

When did you submit your PAC to EE. It can usually take to the next working day.
