oder rejected

i ordered for iphone 12 pro ,my order was rejected and they deducted 100£ in my account without refund ...what do i do ?

There is no account access here, you will have to ring customer service to find out what is going on.  

 

Just wondering, as your order had not been processed and was rejected, the upfront cost, which I presume this was, would not normally be taken until your order has been dispatched, so are you sure the money has been taken out? Also when was your order cancelled, it could take a few days, if the money has indeed been taken out, before the refund is showing back into your account, especially as it is the weekend and transactions are not normally done over the weekend.

What do you mean by there's no access account ?

@oluwadunsinmusa , here in the forum there is no account access, so if you want to find out what is going on and why your order was rejected and about the refund and what help with that, you will have to ring customer service, this is a public forum, not customer service and as such no-one here can access your account to see what is going on. Hope this clarifies what I meant.
