hello,
I have been trying to verify my phone number, but I could not use them.
i opened up the My EE app and it said my phone number cannot be verified.
i have been away from the UK for long by the pandemic, and I do wanna use the phone number right now. if there is any solution to this, please help me.

Is your number on pay as you go?
It may have gone into hibernation if it hasn't been used for a while.
