Hi Team 

 

I had ordered a iPhone 12 Pro 128gb pacific blue on 2/December/2020. It’s been more than 28 working days but I have not yet received my order. 

 

Can you please let me know why this is taking so long and when will my order be delivered to me.

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Pacific Blue on a first come first serve basis and we are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible. We are sorry for the delay. 

 

As soon as we have an update regarding your order you will be notified.

Thank you for your reply on this. 

 

I was informed when I ordered it on 2nd  Dec 2020. That I would get my phone in 28days. Last week I was also informed that I would get it in 28days too. 

 

As in EE store when I ordered the stock was still there. 

 

Don’t know why I didn’t get my order first. 

 

Hope I'm compensated for the delay as I agreed to get it delivered in 28days.
