iPhone pro Max not arrived

I called up on Friday and got a contract for an iPhone pro Max. The guy I spoke to confirmed I would receive it yesterday as in Monday 23rd November 2020. I still have not received it nor have I got any updates via text message from EE or DPD. When will I get my order, I need it before Friday this week as I will not be home otherwise.

It seems like the person you spoke to may have gotten the delivery guidance wrong.

 

The delivery guidance for that model when you ordered should have been to expect delivery within 28 days.

 

If you would like to discuss or amend your order based on this, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.

Can you not track any information on the phone now? So I know what date it will be coming. Also I have not received a confirmation email from EE after my order.

The best way to track your order would be by using our online order tracker.

 

If you're unable to do this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team.
