Hello, 

 

I ordered my iPhone 13 pro max in sierra blue last Saturday and i haven’t had any updates or anything like that so I was wondering how long I have to wait till receive it?

@Adamtwiizz9  Those devices have a 28+ day waiting time before you’ll get it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
