I ordered mine on the September 17th launch date. Had all sorts off problems since due to the agent making a mess of my initial order. Subsequent line disconnections, order cancelled twice without notification, order then re-entered for the wrong phone. I've even received emails and texts alerting me that if I don't return my iPhone 12 Pro I'll be charged £425.
I've lost count how many times I've had to call regarding miscommunication since ordering... nearly 4 weeks on and I'm still waiting for any sort of notification(s) that I'm going to get my new handset. When I asked for my new order reference number, I was told there won't be one until the handset is shipped. I find this rather odd. Having searched through the Community for answers, I'm wondering now if there's even an order on my account. Have lost all confidence calling 150 to ask for help.
