Hi, 

 

I ordered my iPhone 12 pro at the beginning of December in store and was told I’d be waiting 2 weeks. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not heard a thing? Does anyone have any updates?

Which colour and memory size did you order? What date did you order too?

Pacific Blue, 128gb, I ordered it on the 2nd

I ordered my iphone 12 pro, 128 GB, Pacific Blue on November 20th and was promised a delivery within 2 weeks.

 

After 3 weeks, I received a message saying delivery would occur between December 16 and 21.

 

Two days ago, my delivery status was changed back to 'Awaiting confirmation'

 

So, when is delivery really going to happen?

 

 

Let me add the following:

 

If rumors are true, there seems to be world-wide shortage of the iphone 12.

 

Nevertheless, EE should show some commitment in its information policy to customers. They should provide realistic delivery estimates and commit to provided delivery dates. 

 

Customers don't appreciate to be treated with contempt. After all, EE is not the only provider...

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Pacific Blue on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible.

 

DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to deliver.

Thanks @Christopher_G but wouldn't it be more customer-friendly and professional if you could give us a time span, like between so and so many weeks after ordering? 

 

'as soon as possible' is rather vague, wouldn't you agree?

I ordered the 12 pro max on the 20th of November. Just spoke to someone on chat as the 28 day dispatch is almost up and she said I'm not sure about the delivery date as she didn't want to give me any false expectations. Angry. Complaint officially opened.
