I ordered an iPhone 12 pro nearly a month ago and was told it would be here around 7 days, then I got an update stating it would be delivered around 17/11/20, still no delivery!
just checked my progress and they’ve now deleted the date out and just put awaiting confirmation yet Ee are still taking over £60 out of my account every month when I’m now out of contract
whats going on?

I'm sure you've read all the other threads and know about the issues etc..etc..if you are that concerned and want some certainly over your order then please call EE CS on 150.
You shouldn't be paying for your new contract until you receive your device.

I’m not paying for my new contract I’m out of contract now and have been for months However I’m still being charged over £60 per month as of my old contract, EE are delivering iphone 12 pros to people, just not me
the longer people like myself wait who are out of contract but still paying high monthly costs, THE MORE EE MAKES

If that’s the case that’s wrong ee should do something about it.
feel your pain on the phone not being delivered I’m still waiting for my 12 pro in blue and I am getting to the point of just cancelling it and keep the 11 pro 😏
no doubt the £5million worth of apple products stolen last week hasn’t helped the delivery situation either

If it’s any help I ordered my 12 pro 128gb gold on the 23rd October and it’s coming tomorrow (30 days). I received a notification on the DPD app well before anything from EE so it’s well worth installing that, if you haven’t already. 👍🏻
