I ordered an iPhone 12 pro in gold on 24th Oct... absolutely no communication from EE about estimated delivery date, order has not moved from. ‘ your in stock order has been confirmed’ for nearly 1 month now...
why tell me it’s in stock? Clearly it’s not.. why send me emails telling me to order and in stock iPhone and trying to sell it me via mail shot 3 weeks after waiting for my order!! I appreciate new phone / delivery delays but very poor communication from EE.

EE stock changes all the time but as you should expect with the current availability of parts and other world events, stock of these devices are limited.
If EE was to text you telling you that there is still no stock, then you would be posting complaining about that message.

i know there been big issues with the 12 pro I ordered on the 18th so before release date was a pre order, to be told should be release day then the Monday then the week later then 2-6 then changed to the 6-10 then went awaiting confirmation then went to 18-24th nov, they have been having massive stock issues I ordered the 128gb in gold, ibe ended up swooping to another phone that’s arrived as I know there’s still massive stock issues

@Northerner @Actually I wouldn’t complain if I knew anything at all about when it was coming, when I placed the order it said it wa me in stock. It’s still saying it’s in stock. I ordered an iPad off Apple 2 weeks ago and they immediately said expected delivery date is 3rd dec. which is absolutely fine, I haven’t chased them up, I have a sensible expectation of when I’m likely to see that iPad, EE have just been completely silent. What’s frustrating me with EE is that my order says it’s in stock, their emailed mail shots and ads say they are in stock. I’d rather they say 4 week wait and tell me about a delay etc.

@Sammy781 I ordered mine in the 24th too but mine says your pre order is confirmed. I’ve since had multiple updates such as your phone is on track (on track for what) and your phone is coming soon (it never). Also had an expected delivered date at one point of 18th-23rd november, but that’s now changed back to awaiting confirmation. I spoke with EE yesterday and he confirmed the gold isn’t in stock, same with the silver. I’m not sure about the grapite or blue though.

Hi. Thanks @Kristie85 ive had no contact at all, phone order hasn’t changed status once and I’ve had no email/text updates either, which is one of the reasons I’ve been a bit disappointed in with EE . I’ve not even had estimated delivery dates etc, odd that you and others have where I’ve had no contact at all regarding the order. I don’t mind that there’s delays, it’s literally the lack of communication about it that I’m annoyed with.
Hope you get yours soon too!

@Sammy781 It is odd how some people had updates and others don’t. I upgraded my second for my daughter like 2 weeks ago with the blue 12pro and had no updates on that one. I assumed I would given then I get updates with the other one. Each time I’ve spoke to EE regard the gold they have told me within 2 weeks. I don’t so much mind the delay I mind being lied to though. The guy yesterday was the first to be honest and say it’s not in stock. Usually just get the generic “we will aim to get your phone to you as swiftly as possible” response

The same problem in here iPhone Pro 128GB Pacific Blue. My order was confirmed on the 6th of November, but no estimated dates either :(. As mentioned before, EE should really think about compensating people for this wait and lack of regular updates. I understand that this is due to current landscape and Covid, but simply don't advertise something that you don't even have in stock.

If it’s any help I ordered my 12 pro 128gb gold on the 23rd October and it’s coming tomorrow (30 days). I received a notification on the DPD app well before anything from EE so it’s well worth installing that, if you haven’t already. 👍🏻
