Hey.
so I’ve had a bit of an issue with ee while upgrading my phone. On Thursday I upgraded to the iPhone 12 pro max 256gb in graphite, I was promised Friday delivery and also advised an e sim would be sent out to me (I use an e sim for EE due to the main slot having a Japanese number).
The phone didn’t arrive on Friday and my SIM card got cut off until today because the agent on the phone put that I lost my sim. I spoke to the live chat and customer service who advised I would receive it Saturday as the order hadn’t been picked yet, this never happened and then I was advised I would get it Monday - which isn’t going to happen as I rang up and was advised the order still hasn’t been picked but shows they are in stock??
I’m not really sure what to do as I spoke to local ee stores near me and they have it in stock, does anyone know if it’s possible for me to go and pick up my order from a store? Only reason I am desperate to get it is because I’m going away next week and I don’t want it to arrive whilst I’m not in.

No you can't pick up your online/phone order from a store. The stock are seperate to each other.
You can cancel your order then upgrade again in the store though if they really do have the stock
