Ordered my iPhone 12 pro in gold 37 days ago now. No updates from EE still no idea of when I will receive my phone. Very disappointed and contemplating cancelling now. Even just slight communication would have made things better, I appreciate they are waiting on Apple but it shouldn’t be allowed to be ordered without pre warning the customer of a possible extremely long wait. There will be a new iPhone out before I get this one I think!

I also ordered mine on the 13th nov and haven’t had anything either! It’s the iPhone 12 pro gold 128gb

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro Gold 128GB on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible.
When ordering online, the website would have said 'order now. We will deliver when we receive stock from our supplier'. if you ordered over the phone or in-store, you should have been advised of this too.
