Hi, I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro, silver (128gb) today, I'm aware of the time delay but my bigger issue is the email
address I signed up with is unusable due to my previous iPhone breaking and two factor authentication not working.
I've obviously had no confirmation email, it won't allow me to change my email online and when I called to change my details on the phone they also couldn't help. I now have no way of tracking my phones dispatch.
Has anyone had this situation before and is there anything I can do?

Did you print the backup codes for the account that requires 2FA?

Nope, I lost the account about four years ago no annoyingly, and the last time I upgraded I went in store - this is the first time I've realised it's my old email address 😞

Give customer services a call tomorrow and they'll be able to help you
