I ordered my iPhone 12 pro 128gb in pacific blue on the 30th October, I was told it would be a 14 day wait maximum, as I was hesitant to order a phone and have to wait 14 days for it to arrive, but he assured me it would most likely come before this but they just have to state 14 days to cover their own backs. I’m still waiting for my order to arrive 3 weeks later. Any idea on how much longer I’ll have to wait? It’s a bit of a joke paying so much for a phone and it not being delivered in the stated time frame. Someone ordered the same day as me and the exact same phone, from the store and was supposed to pick it up from the store but due to lockdown changed it to delivery, but has had theirs delivered a week or 2 ago!

Hi @NaomiG2020
Have you checked EE order tracking?
If there is no stock then until EE receive units from Apple they cannot meet orders. As Apple are using iPad parts to meet demand as Covid has impacted their supply chain.
Thanks
