Hello, today i decided to order a new iPhone 12 Pro max, then both time took 50£ from my account and i haven’t received any confirmation / invoices on my email / text msg.

I called the center of EE, i’ve been told that they’ve website issues and call them back tomorrow, but i already lost a 100£ or at least it’s not on my account, so the center couldn’t help.
My payment keep pending at the moment both times, need some explanation about it.

The pending payments from your unsuccessful orders will not be completed. Your bank may continue to show them as pending for a short time.
