iPhone 12 Pro delivery

How long in an estimate will I be waiting for my iPhone 12 Pro. I got it in pacific blue 128Gb. 

I ordered it on saturday last week and it still says awaiting confirmation or the despatch date and arrival section.

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Pacific Blue on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible.

I am still waiting for my iPhone 12 pro in PB I ordered on 20th November spoke to customer services and they said it’s a case of just waiting without even checking anything on my account. Am I likely to get this before Xmas ? 

I got mine yesterday after ordering on the 6th November so I’m saying you’ll be very lucky tii ok get before Xmas . Totall 5 weeks waiting for me 

Did you check online checker daily like me it has a mark in a tear drop shape with an “x” saying ordered confirmed and delivery days awaiting confirmation 

I’d ignore what it says . I got a random text every week same time saying your order is not far away . I only found out it was being delivered cause I noticed my plan had changed on the app , no message off DPD either to say it was coming .

Same problem for me ordered 12 pro 128gb on 16th November, got an estimated delivery of 16th-21st Dec and got a text this morning saying order is on track checked status and has now gone back to awaiting confirmation please can someone look into this.

As stated in the subject field pacific blue. What do you actually mean on a first come first served basis ? As the store unable help me. I have been checking the community for people who have ordered around the same time where one received theirs today but I have had no confirmation since my order was made on 20th nov and I am checking everyday. Furthermore today I received a text from ee telling me that my contract is at an end beginning of January and I have options to upgrade. I have also checked the app and it unable to show my plan details due to ordering the upgrade

It means that we process orders in the order in which they were placed, @smithy1238uk

 

So you if you ordered 20th, people who ordered the same version on 19th would get theirs before you. Those on the 21st would get them after, and so on.

 

Your plan and contract dates will update when the order is processed.
