Re: phone upgrade order

Hi I upgraded my sons phone on the 5th December. Got an email to say order is on the way and expected delivery 10th December. Not heard a thing since and still no phone. Was going to be a Christmas gift. I had to pay towards the phone too and getting a little anxious with it being so close to Christmas

Hi I ordered the iPhone SE 128gb in black. Tried order tracking and just says can’t be processed at the moment

If the tracker isn't giving you an update, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to access your account and give you an update on your order.

Hello EE. Can someone tell me please timescale to get delivered Iphone 12 pro max to the store. It's been already 2 weeks when I've placed the order and still didn't come to the store. I keep checking order number on your tracking order page, but it's still not there. How low this will take? Can somebody reply to me?

Tracker is saying last 2 weeks 'order confirmed'. Please can you advise my order no is 00XXXXXXXX. Golden colour, 512GB. Do you know more/less when I can get this delivered to the store?

The guidance at the time you ordered should have been to 'expect dispatch when we receive stock from the manufacturer'.

 

As soon as it's ready to deliver, DPD will send you a message.

Thanks. But still you didn't reply on my question. How long this might take? More less... it's already 2 weeks. Is there any chance to get this before the New Year? Regards, Emilia

Sorry, we are unable to give you an estimated delivery date for that model. It'll be dispatched as soon as stock arrives to fulfil your order.

 

If you'd like to discuss your options, please give us a call on 150. We might be able to find an alternative iPhone model readily available.
