I’ve recently bought an iPhone 11 but the sound quality on voice calls is awful it sounds so quite and muffled any help or advice would be greatly appreciated 😀👍🏻

@Deanlarkin88   Have you removed the cellophane that covers the device ? Is the device in a case ? If it is in a case take it out the case and try and make a call and see what the sound quality is like then.
