iPhone 11 sim card

I have done an upgrade to the iPhone 11 and received a new SIM card. Why is this?

Hi @Sararich and welcome to the community!

EE often supply a replacement SIM with upgrade phones incase, for whatever reason, your existing SIM is unsuitable or won't work.

If your existing SIM will fit in your new phone and works ok, then use it. File the replacement SIM as you see fit!
