iPad 2021

Hi I ordered a iPad 2021 on 4th October, it was confirmed on 5th October and to expect a message about delivery. It was out of stock at the time. I still haven’t received a message and cannot track my order online, it just says

 

“Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. 

Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD.”

 

I haven’t received any updates since the 5th October. 

Do you know when the iPad will be in stock? 

I ordered iPad 2021 64gb in silver

The current delivery guidance for that model is 'dispatch within 28 days'. You'll receive a text with tracking information as soon as stock arrives to fulfil your order.

@Cb1233   You can not track a device that hasn’t been allocated to you.  You’ll need to call customer services about this.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
