how do i report a lost phone without having another phone to ring on?

I recommend getting in touch with our Mobile Care team as soon as possible to report your phone as lost, so that they can block it for you. All our contact details can be found on the Get in touch Help page.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.
