ee perk deactivation

hi,

 

i have the same issue. i upgraded today, reset my ee perk account obtained a code and provided it, when i tried to obtain a 2nd code it timed out my session and now when i log back in shows account deactivated not verified in time?

i did verify it as i had 1 code provided already. not sure what else to try next.

tried password reset and still not allowing to access, tried re register and account already in use.

ay suggestions.. thanks

Hello. Same issue for my wife (shared account). She has used perk previously to get a discount, but this time it says her perk account is deactivated. She can’t re-register either. We need this to apply a discount to my new deal. Can anyone help please?
