Hi,
Ive just bought a brand new PAYG moto g8 plus direct from ee online and, less than a week old, the turbo charger has failed.
I've tried the phone and the cable with a different charger and they work fine.
I've tried the failed charger on a different phone and it won't charge at all
It's definately the charger that has failed.
How do i get a replacement, i'm quite ahppy to return the failed charger in exchange.

Contact Motorola support direct, or call EE CS on 150 and ask about a replacement.
