I purchased an official samsung charger from an EE store just under a year ago. At the time, I was told it had 2 years warranty where it would be replaced if it stopped working. For the last month or so, the charger wont work unless kept in one fixed position. Otherwise a message saying "Check your charger connection" is displayed. How would I go about getting a new charger as the store is currently closed?
