I received a text today from EE saying that my s10+ wont be delivered on the 8th as I was originally told due to a manufacturer delay , anyone else been told this - or am I just 'lucky' !?

Anyone know when the dispatch date for the Samsung Note 10 Plus is suppose to happen? Got one on pre-order from EE it comes out on the 23rd August, will I get it the same day as the release date? Cheers

I just wanted to show my appreciation for the customer service adviser i spoke to on 20/08/2019 at 20.00pm. I called up to speak to someone in regards to my account and mobile. I spoke to Ken from the EE customer care, London derry, northern Ireland....
So I pre-ordered the new note 10+ 5g at the initial £89 per month price. I now see that has dropped to £79 per month for the same contract... can I now change to the newer price option considering I don't even have the phone yet?
